Combine profile fit, declared interest and interaction depth into practical hot, warm and nurture queues. Scoring rules remain configurable rather than hiding behind an unexplained black box.

Read product demand, resource interest, zone activity, peak windows, staff coverage and follow-up readiness. Optional aggregate booth-performance analytics can add footfall, dwell buckets and movement signals without positioning the experience as individual surveillance.

Handoff

Deliver CRM-ready exports, internal sheets, approved CRM sync or custom webhooks. The handoff should carry context, ownership and requested next action, not only contact details.
